The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Commission (MPSSC) on Sunday published the official notification for the recruitment of 7,500 constable posts in the state’s police department.

The application process, which will be online, will begin on Monday, September 15 and will be open until September 29. Interested candidates can submit their application through the official website esb.mp.gov.in.

The commission has also allowed a correction window for registered applicants. Changes in the submitted forms can be made up to October 4, 2025. The written examination is scheduled to take place on October 10, 2025.

The Madhya Pradesh Staff Selection Commission has issued the following guidelines for candidates appearing in the recruitment examination:

• Aadhaar registration is compulsory for all applicants.
• Candidates must carry an original photo identity proof such as Voter ID, Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, or Passport. Only Aadhaar verified by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) will be accepted. Without a valid identity card, entry will be denied.
• In addition, candidates must bring Aadhaar card, e-Aadhaar, photocopy of Aadhaar, Aadhaar number, or Aadhaar Virtual ID (VID).
• Aadhaar-based multi-level biometric verification will be carried out at the entry point and during the exam.
• Entry will not be allowed after the reporting time under any circumstances.
• Electronic items such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, sunglasses, and unauthorized materials are strictly prohibited.
• Admit cards for the online examination can be downloaded only using the application number. Candidates must keep this number safe.
• On exam day, applicants must carry a black ballpoint pen along with the admit card.
• No one will be permitted to leave the examination hall until the test concludes.
• The Employee Selection Board (ESB) will not verify certificates at the time of application submission. Verification will take place later by the concerned department during appointment. Therefore, candidature at the examination stage will be treated as provisional.
