TPG Rise Climate, the dedicated climate investing strategy of TPG’s global impact investing platform, has announced that it has acquired Miratech Corp., a global market leader in aftermarket emissions and noise reduction technology for stationary industrial engines.

Latham & Watkins represents the direct lenders in the transaction, with teams lead by New York partners Nicole Fanjul and Jesse Sheff, with associates Victoria Basedow and Daniel Ovadia.
