Freshfields advised Charterhouse Capital Partners (“Charterhouse”), one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, on the transaction involving a sale and entry of Peugeot and Hayfin in Novétude. Novétude is one of the leading European healthcare education platforms, in which Charterhouse is retaining a controlling stake.

The Group will be built around Novétude Santé, which Charterhouse has owned and grown since 2020.
