DRA, the Chennai-based real estate developer, has launched its first-ever luxury independent villa community, DRA Inara, in the city. The project will have 118 luxury units with complete and exclusive land ownership. With an investment of ₹100 crore, DRA Inara is located in Navalur, one of the fastest growing micro-markets on Chennai’s IT corridor, OMR.

The villa sizes range from 3, 4, and 5 BHK, with sizes ranging between 1,952 sq ft and 3,697 sq ft. DRA Inara’s luxury independent 3BHK villas start at ₹1.70 crore.

Ranjeeth Rathod, Managing Director-DRA, said the project is Chennai’s first ultra-luxury villa with exclusive land ownership.

The development features include a clubhouse with a gym, indoor games, a swimming pool, poolside loungers, a steam room, a shower room, and a laundromat. Additionally, the community boasts a reflexology pathway, senior citizen seating, aroma and herb garden, barbecue lounge, solar-enabled street lights, avenue trees, 24×7 security, and power backup, catering to the needs of all age groups, says a release.
